Career Analysis & Personalization
Your trade background, experience, location, and goals are used to generate your personalized career analysis, ranked career paths, and month-by-month training roadmap.
Account Management
Name and email are used to create and manage your account, send you your reports, and allow you to log back in to view saved analyses.
Service Improvement
Aggregated, anonymized usage data helps us improve the accuracy of our career matching algorithm and the quality of our recommendations.
Communications
We may email you career insights, new apprenticeship program data, and platform updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Payment Processing
If you upgrade to Pro, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, only the subscription status Stripe returns to us.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate TrainingForFuture. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data:
Google OAuth (Sign-In)
Handles authentication. We receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google when you sign in. We do not receive your Google password.

Our servers and database are hosted on Railway. Your account data and career analyses are stored in an encrypted MySQL database on Railway's infrastructure.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes. We may share your data only in these limited circumstances:
